Our service. For you.

Arrival: You can check in between 3:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. If you arrive later, we ask you to contact us by phone. Please have your identity cards ready when you check in. Departure: You can check out at our reception from 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Or individually by arrangement. Baby bed: On request and subject to availability, we will be happy to provide you with a baby bed free of charge. Electric car charging station: There is a charging station for your electric vehicle in our parking lot at the Sonnenhof. You can charge your vehicle here at any time. Please report this when making your booking. Extras: We are happy to fulfill your special wishes such as a bouquet of flowers, fruit plate, birthday cake or welcome drinks in your room. You can conveniently pay for this additional service when you check out. (We ask you to announce this at least two working days in advance). Vouchers: Because giving is a pleasure. Book your Bodenseehotel-Sonnenhof voucher conveniently online: design the voucher, pay and print it out. Laundry service: We wash and iron your laundry (service subject to a charge). A laundry bag is available in your room. Payment options: Cash, EC card, Visa, Mastercard, American Express. Extra bed: We would be happy to add an extra bed to your room for a surcharge of €30.00 per additional person and subject to availability.

The rooms in our main building & dependance offer you the following amenities:

WLAN: Our WLAN is available to you free of charge in the rooms and public areas.

Minibar: In the minibar you will find small snacks and refreshing drinks. It is filled once upon your arrival and included in the price.

SPA area: The use of our wellness area is included for our guests from the main building and the dependance during their stay. You are welcome to use the SPA area before check-in or after check-out for a surcharge of €10.00 per person.

The following opening hours apply to our hotel guests:

Swimming pool daily from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. (from 16 years), daily from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. for children up to 16 years

Sauna area daily from 2:30 p.m. – 9:00 p.m

Please note that the entire wellness area (including the swimming pool) is reserved exclusively for guests and young people aged 16 and over as an oasis of calm.

Rental bathrobes: Upon your arrival, cozy rental bathrobes are waiting in your room.

Fitness studio: Our 85 m² fitness studio with a view of the Alps is open for you Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. and on weekends from 9 a.m.

SPA & Wellness offers for pure well-being

Pamper your senses in the spacious SPA & wellness area of the Bodenseehotel-Sonnenhof.

Panorama pool: Our panorama pool has a pool size of approx. 8 × 12 m, a counter-current system and massage jets, a pleasant water temperature of 29 °C and a unique view of Lake Constance.

Sauna area: Our attractive sauna area consists of a Finnish indoor sauna (approx. 95°C), a saunarium (approx. 65°C) and a steam bath (approx. 45°C). Outside is our non-visible outdoor sauna with approx. 95 °C. An ice fountain with flake ice and a rain shower provide the necessary cooling and refreshment.

Massages: We offer a variety of relaxing massages and soothing treatments. Please reserve them in advance.

Medical Wellness: Under the motto “Getting in tune with yourself – with all your senses and the actual meaning – life” you can expect additional bookable treatments from Roswitha Bardeleben (practice “YOGA & AYURVEDA”).

Opening hours & prices: The use of our wellness area is included for our guests from the main building and the dependance during their stay. You are welcome to use the SPA area before check-in or after check-out for a surcharge of €10.00 per person.

Beach: Our own Bodenseehotel-Sonnenhof beach is 6,000 m² in size and is approx. 600 m away from our main building. In summer there are comfortable sun loungers, umbrellas and toilets on our beach property with bathing jetty. The use of the hotel beach is free for all Bodenseehotel-Sonnenhof guests and is a special experience for the whole family. (Use at your own risk)

Grander water: Enjoy noticeably soft water throughout the hotel. When showering, in the swimming pool and when drinking. The revitalized water is fresher and feels pleasantly soft on the skin.

Restaurant and Sun Terrace ENJOYMENT WITH A VIEW

Wellness breakfast: Look forward to a rich breakfast buffet every day from 7:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. that leaves nothing to be desired.

Restaurant: Please note that we are closed on Tuesdays outside of the Baden-Württemberg summer holidays. On the other days, our restaurant is open for you from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. (small menu as well as coffee and cake) and from 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. (regular, large menu). We spoil you with fine regional and Mediterranean-inspired delicacies with the best local ingredients.

Allergies & intolerances: We are happy to pay attention to your diet. When making your reservation, please inform us of any food intolerances and/or allergies.

Room service: We will be happy to serve our food to your room during the restaurant’s opening hours for a service fee of €10.00.

Half-board: You can order our 3-course evening menu for €39.00 per person/day when booking online.

Sun terrace: Our large sun terrace is open on warm, sunny days from 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. and offers you an incomparable view over the whole of Lake Constance and the picturesque foothills of the Alps.

Lounge: Take a seat in our Sonnenhof lounge on the sun terrace. With refreshing drinks in comfortable lounge furniture, let your eyes wander over Lake Constance.

Conference - your conference and
seminar hotel on Lake Constance

Meetings: Years of experience, the latest equipment and flexible conference packages make us your professional partner for your company event. Premises: Our variably divisible group and conference rooms. Conference technology: beamer, flip chart, pin board, overhead projector, moderator’s case, TV and video connections as well as LAN and WLAN are available to you free of charge. Supporting programme: We would be happy to help you organize your individual supporting program such as team climbing, archery, snowshoeing, canoeing or raft building.

Fitness studio: Our 85 m² fitness studio with a view of the Alps is open for you Monday – Open Friday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. and weekends from 9 a.m. Bike rental: You can rent city bikes, mountain bikes and e-bikes including helmets and bike locks from us. We ask for timely reservation. The city bikes and mountain bikes cost €12.00 per day and the e-bikes €25.00.

Linger in a STYLISH atmosphere

Kaminzimmer: Whether after a strenuous seminar, an eventful day full of activities on and around Lake Constance or just because you can take a seat and relax here.

Billiard room: A game of billiards offers the right change for any time of the day. Ask at reception for the professional billiard equipment.

Library: Our small selection of interesting reading material is always available to you in our charming hotel library.

Hotel bar: Here you can toast to a successful day or a special occasion, enjoy aperitifs, digestifs, fine cocktails, wines or a cool soft drink.
