Inspired and shaped by the influence of yoga teachers such as Iyengar, Bryan Kest and many others, Roswitha Bardeleben has developed her own individual teaching style over the years.
Her deep understanding of the sources of power and energy that lie dormant within us, her experience in classical and modern dance and her love of yoga philosophy are reflected in the teaching style she has developed. Spirituality is nothing detached or unworldly, nothing for which you have to practice for a long time, mortifying yourself, nothing that only takes place on the yoga mat.
